Billy O'Regan is celebrating 10 years as Executive Director of the TEC Conference this May!
Since Billy accepted the position in May 2012, the TEC Conference has undergone many changes while continuing to provide quality formation and resources to keep the TEC movement burning brightly. He says:
"I owe a debt of thanks to all of you for having placed me in this position. This has been an experience of great joy and fulfillment for me professionally and personally and for my family. There's a lot that I'm proud of from this past decade serving as Executive Director, and without exception, it's all things that I'm proud of that we did together, communally, as a TEC Conference, not personal accomplishments. Everything from branding and rebranding TEC and creating a new logo, creating a website from scratch, doing a lot of virtual formation both before the pandemic and after the pandemic in addition to all the in-person stuff that we do... those relationships are really the core of what this is. TEC is a relationship ministry, and being present to and building those relationships is incredibly important to me and something I think I'm most proud of."
